Organic Granule Fertilizer Production Line Technology And Equipment

Compared with the simple process of powdered fertilizer production, granule organic fertilizer production needs further deep processing. The basic process configuration of granular organic fertilizer equipment is dehydration, drying, fermentation, crushing, stirring, granulating, cooling, and packaging. It is necessary to configure organic fertilizer granulator, organic fertilizer dryer, organic fertilizer coating machine, after granulation. After mechanical cooling, it can be packaged for storage or sale.

Organic fertilizer production process, various process system equipment:

  1. Fermentation system: The fermentation system of the organic fertilizer equipment process consists of a feed conveyor, a biological deodorizer, a mixing mixer, a proprietary lifting and turning machine and an electrical automatic control system;
  2. Drying system: Main equipmentinclude belt conveyor, drum dryer, cooling machine, induced draft fan, hot blast stove, etc.
  3. Deodorization and dust removal system: sedimentation chamber, dust chamber, etc.
  4. Pulverizing system: Including new semi-wet material pulverizer, LP chain pulverizer or cage pulverizer, etc.
  5. The batching system includes equipment with electronic batching system, disc feeder, vibrating screen, and can be configured with 6-8 kinds of raw materials at a time.
  6. The mixing system has optional horizontal mixer or disc mixer, vibrating screen, mobile belt conveyor, etc.
  7. The organic fertilizer granulation system needs to use the granulator equipment. The optional granulator equipment includes: organic fertilizer compound fertilizer combination granulator, counter roller extrusion granulator, disc granulator, organic fertilizer granulator, polishing machine, etc.
  8. Drying system: The organic fertilizer drying system consists of a rotary dryer and a rotary cooling machine.
  9. Screening and coating system: It is mainly completed by the drum screening machine. It can be equipped with a first-stage screening machine and a secondary screening machine to make the yield higher and the particles better. After screening, it can be coated to protect the fertilizer from emission.
  10. Finished packaging systems generally include electronic quantitative packaging scales, silos, automatic sewing machines and so on. In this way, automatic and non-intermittent production of organic fertilizer equipment can be realized; the conveyor system uses a belt conveyor and a screw conveyor.
