Introduction of New Type Organic Fertilizer

The new type organic fertilizer granulator is one of the commonly used equipment for granulating organic fertilizer. The equipment is also called wet type granulator because it is  suitable for granulating the materials with larger water content. The shell of the granulator is made of thickened seamless steel tube, which is firm and durable without deformation, and solid base design makes its operation more stable. Working principle: The new type organic fertilizer granulator uses the mechanical stirring force from high speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force to make the powder continuously realize mixing, pelleting, spheroidization, densification and other processes in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granules making.

Classical raw materials: Chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, charcoal, clay, kaolin and so on. It also has obvious advantages in the granulation of poultry manure, compost manure, green manure, marine manure, cake manure, peat, etc.

Final product: The granulation rate of the device is up to 90%, and it can be used for many different formulations; the particle size can  be adjusted according to the users’ requirements by the stepless speed function.
