1 Ton Organic Fertilizer Raw Material

Chicken Manure   400kg

Gypsum          200kg

Crop Straw        400kg

Evenly mix the chicken manure (40%), the kibbling crop straw (40%), and the gypsum. Evenly stack them in the fermentation tank. If the temperature rises to 60-70 degree, and then the temperature falls 3-5 degree, the turner machine needs to turn the raw material 6 times for 7-10days ( the fermentation time depends on the environmental temperature in your city), and then the material is outputted the fermentation tank.

When Fermentation and burdening, Please note following points:

1. PH Value.
2. The value of N,P,K should be more than 6; the value of single nutrient should not be less than 1.
3. The proportion of carbon and nitrogen should be in 1-25.
4. The value of organic content should be more than 50.
