The two-shaft mixer relatively rotate by the axial blades with spiral blades, and the addition of water is used to spray the powdery materials to make the powders achieve controllable humidity. This equipment is mainly applicable to the humidification mixing of raw materials in the fertilizer industry, so that the materials are fully stirred, and it also has the conveying function.
Equipment Structure
The two-axis mixer is mainly composed of the following parts:
- Main motor and cycloidal gear reducer (transmission machinery);
- Meshing drive gear;
- Front and rear thrust bearing assemblies;
- Main and passive spiral agitator shaft;
- Tub;
- Humidifier;
- Inlet and outlet;
- The base frame;
Working Principle
When the dry powdery material is fed into the tank by the feeding nozzle, then the power transmission mechanism drives the spiral spindle rotation of the multi-group blades. By driving the passive helical shaft and the main shaft of the meshing transmission gear, the material is stirred and pushed to the tank and the wet section. After the material is pushed into the humidification section, the humidifier automatically sprays the material, and then the mixing section is fully stirred. When the material reaches the controllable humidity, it is removed from the outlet and enters the next process.
